The Slow Regard of Silent Things
I had a craving to read this book again. So I looked on my library's website, and saw they had the audiobook. I had listened to Patrick Rothfuss read a storybook on his livestream one night. And lo and behold, he happened to be the narrator for this audiobook. I'm not particularly sure which event occurred first, but it doesn't really matter. I listened to it, and this man has such a delightful, comforting voice. I don't do audiobooks, and unless he's the narrator, I'm not sure I will ever enjoy one as much as I enjoyed this one. This is officially my favourite novel.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
This edition is actually so beautiful, nearly every page has stunning drawings. If you only had one edition, I would wholeheartedly recommend this one, as it's worth every penny spent.

3.5 stars. While the book was sufficiently emotional to make me cry, I found writing bland, and the ending bland, and honestly the movie was better.

The Atlantis Complex
This book is different from the others, and a bit weird, but I really really enjoyed this. I think it might be my favourite so far.
Grey
For some reason I enjoyed this better than 50 Shades of Grey. But it's still messed up, Christian Grey has some serious problems.
Rogues
There were a few stories in here that felt really awkward as short stories, but overall, the stories were amazing, and it was nice to read snippets of work from authors I want to read, or in some cases, never even heard of!
Artemis Fowl: The Time Paradox
There were truly a few eye-rolling moments, but aside from that, this book was more than tolerable.
The Lost Colony
4.5 stars. It really only loses the half star because part of the ending was predictable, and it was really something I should not have been able to predict.
The Eternity Code
4.5 stars. I truly forgot how great some of these characters are. This book is definitely the best of the first three!

Quidditch Through the Ages
I mean, it's a history book. She does a decent job of capturing the drier tendencies of such a thing, despite it being about a magical (and of course non existent) sport.Re-read Aug 30, 2016
Half a King
4.5 stars. There was something really odd about the first half of this book, something I can't quite place, and it's that something that lost this the half star. But this book was so good, especially the last few chapters, and I'm saddened that I don't have the next one readily available.
